The owner, Teshayla, and her team were extremely professional, swift, and spotless. I used the Cleaning Plug services twice in the last two months. Just like Sophia's notes. I sent out the request and Teshayla sent the quote back. Once we agreed on the terms and the contract signed, they just rolled in right away. One of the properties was in really bad shape (dog smells, dirt, and grease everywhere). Normal people would not want to live in such conditions. We want to restore it as soon as possible. Teshayla accommodated our request within a day. Once she saw the property, she remained her positive attitude and cleaned the house to a liveable condition. Highly recommend.
I recently had the opportunity to try out this company, and I must say, they did an outstanding job! Their cleaning process was incredibly thorough, and the products they used were just right— not overpowering at all.
